Yossi Benayoun faces a late fitness test ahead of Liverpool's Premier League clash against Portsmouth at Anfield on Monday night.

The Israeli injured an ankle in the 1-0 defeat to Wigan Athletic last Monday and missed the subsequent reversal at the hands of Lille in the Europa League.

Maxi Rodriguez returns to the Reds' squad having been ineligible for the European clash, though Martin Skrtel and Fabio Aurelio are both still missing with foot and thigh problems respectively.

For Portsmouth, Ricardo Rocha is back from a two-game ban and Aaron Mokoena is available again after a knee problem.

Hassan Yebda and Kevin Prince-Boateng are both receiving treatment on knee and ankle injuries, with John Utaka a doubt with a groin problem.
