Wolves goalkeeper Marcus Hahnemann has begun new contract talks with the club and claims that they are progressing well.
The 37-year-old's current deal ends in the summer but he is hoping to agree another year with the club although much may depend on where Wolves are playing their football next season.
The free signing from Reading last summer told the Express and Star:"I'd love to be here next season. I want to stay and the club are hoping to keep me here, so hopefully everything will be done soon.
"
I've spoken to the manager on a number of occasions about staying here and we're both singing from the same hymn sheet, so I can't see there being too much of a problem when it comes to thrashing out a new deal."
