Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure has ruled out a potential switch to Arsenal and hopes to continue his career at Camp Nou.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been linked with a move for Toure, brother of former Gunners defender Kolo, for some time and it had seemed as if the Ivorian was heading for the exit at Barca.
Toure was reportedly unhappy about his treatment during contract negotiations with the club and his agent hinted the defensive midfielder was open to a switch away from the Catalan side.
However, Toure has now ended the speculation regarding his future and claims he will be staying with the Spanish giants for the foreseeable future.
He said: "I have heard about interest from Manchester City and Arsenal but my future is at Barcelona,
"I have spoken to the directors at the club, I don't want to leave and my only mission is to stay and be a success at the club."
