Daniel Bogdanovic admits he has held talks with Sheffield United, although he hasn't ruled out staying at Oakwell.
The Barnsley frontman is out of contract on June 30 and has admitted he has held talks with the Blades.
"If it's a case of me going to Sheffield United, I'd be the happiest man in the world," Bogdanovic told Radio Sheffield.
"I am talking to Sheffield United and will decide in the next few weeks."
However, Leeds United and clubs in Greece and Qatar are also believed to be keen on the 29-year-old, although Bogdanovic hasn't ruled out the possibility he may remain with the Tykes.
He added: "The claim that I refused a new deal with Barnsley is incorrect because I never gave a reply.
"
Everything is still a possibility.
I can't rule out any options."
