Massimo Moratti, the president of Inter Milan, insists his club has not held any talks over signing Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
Tevez was reported to have met with representatives of Inter during a recent trip to Italy, but Moratti insists there has not been any contact between his club and the 27-year-old.
Moratti said on the club's official website, www.inter.it: "I saw that on TV but there is no connection at all with us."
Speculation is growing that the Argentine will leave Manchester this summer.
Tevez has three years remaining on his current deal but made a transfer request last December, before later withdrawing it.
