Monaghan boss Eamonn McEnaney has named six debutants in his side to face Tyrone in their Ulster Senior Football Championship quarter final match on Sunday.
Mark Keogh will start the game in goal. Conor Galligan, Kieran Duffy and Owen Duffy will all come in to the back lines, and Daniel McKenna and Neil McAdam will start at left corner forward and right half forward respectively.
McKenna has been drafted in to fill the position of Tommy Freeman, who has moved to America, while Vinny Corey will miss the game due to injury.
Tyrone manager Mickey Harte has selected Brian Dooher and Philip Jordan to start despite their lack of game time during the league this season, with Dooher taking an extended winter break coupled with a suspension, where Jordan had to be coaxed back into the squad after he withdrew form it earlier in the year.
Tyrone will award a championship debut to Mark Donnelly at corner forward, while Stephen O’Neill will start alongside him at full forward after shaking off a knock.
Sean Casey will line out alongside Aidan Casey, and Joe McMahon has surprisingly been named on the bench after he broke his jaw during a club game. Enda McGinley has been ruled out of the game as he needs a second operation on an ankle injury he is suffering from.
