Scott Brady has been named at centre-forward for Offaly ahead of their All-Ireland qualifier against Limerick on Saturday at the Gaelic Grounds.
Brady is a defender by trade, lined out at centre-back against Monaghan despite being named at full back.
He will now make a trade with his brother, who will drop into defence in his place.
Ken Casey is also due to start at full-forward in the absence of the injured John Coughlan.
