Preview: Stoke v Maccabi Tel Aviv

Kenwyne Jones will return for Stoke in their clash with Maccabi Tel Aviv at the Britannia Stadium on Thursday night.


The striker has had a hamstring injury but returned as an unused substitute in the win over Fulham on Saturday.

Danny Higginbotham - out since April with a knee injury - may also be involved after featuring for the reserves this week, while Wilson Palacios is being assessed as he works his way back to full fitness.

Robert Huth and Thomas Sorensen should both start.
