Spain manager Vicente Del Bosque has expressed his concern over the form of Chelsea striker Fernando Torres, and says his Euro 2012 place is in jeopardy.
The 27-year-old has only scored five times since leaving Liverpool for the Blues last January, and has recently been relegated to the substitutes' bench.
"It's a concern. He's not playing much," Del Bosque said. "If he plays and is on form he'll go to the Euros.
"But if the situation doesn't change it's going to be difficult for him."
The form of Torres became more urgent for Spain recently, when his compatriot David Villa broke his leg while playing for Barcelona.
"There are five months until the European Championship during which everything could turn around," Del Bosque added.
"Fernando deserves respect for his record and he has our confidence.
"He has contributed to the successes and he has room for manoeuvre."
