Leeds United have denied receiving any approaches for highly-rated Fabian Delph since the season's end.
The West Yorkshire club missed out on promotion to The Championship when falling at the play-off semi-final hurdle to Millwall.
The 19-year-old midfielder is one of the club's chief assets and speculation has been mounting that Everton are favourites to win the chase for his prized signature.
"At this stage of the year speculation is always rife, although it's never helpful," said Leeds chief executive officer Shaun Harvey to the Elland Road club's official website.
"Despite the speculation, there have been no offers for Fab since the end of the season."
