Reported Aston Villa and Everton target Miguel has not been the subject of any approaches, according to the agent of the Valencia defender.
Recent reports have claimed that Miguel has been targeted by the two Premier League clubs who are both known to be in the market for a new right back.
Having played for Valencia for four seasons and boasting extensive international experience, Miguel is an attractive prospect at a reported £3 million and has been sporadically linked with clubs in The Premier League in recent seasons.
But the 29-year-old has not been targeted by any clubs, despite Valencia’s perilous financial position, according to his agent.
“At the moment we have not received offers from any clubs,” Paulo Barbosa told Las Provincias.
“The player is calm because he has a contract.”
