Jack O'Connor insists Kerry have not got too big for their boots and will be doing all they can to win another All-Ireland SFC in 2010.
Having missed out to Tyrone in 2009, the Kingdom bounced back to lift the Sam Maguire at Croke Park in September, Munster rivals Cork the ones to miss out, but O'Connor has already turned his attention to preparing his team for the 2010 campaign.
Now in his second term with Kerry, O'Connor believes his team are as determined as ever to win another All-Ireland crown because there are still records that need to be broken.
"When you win an All-Ireland in Kerry, you enjoy it and celebrate it for a couple of weeks, then there's always another record to be broken," O'Connor is quoted as saying in the Irish Daily Star.
"There's always a fella next door who has more All-Ireland medals than you have. You never get too big for your boots.
"There are 40 All-Ireland medals in Kerry between five fellas and there is always a record to be broken. This team have broken a record this year - reaching six finals in a row.
"That's a great milestone, so we're going to have to find another angle next year to get them going - to reach seven finals in a row, which no team has done.
"Dublin and Wexford had reached six finals before but no team has ever reached seven, so maybe that might be our angle."
