Mikel seeking cup solace

John Obi Milkel says Chelsea will look to end on a high for the second successive season, by pipping Manchester United to cup glory.
For the second season in a row, Chelsea were pipped to the Premier League title by Manchester United.
Chelsea bounced back from last season’s misery by claiming an FA Cup final win over United and a quirk of fate has handed them the chance again.
This time the prize is bigger, the Champions League final in Moscow, and Mikel is keen to end the season on a high.
“We know what happened last year when United won the league but we beat them in the FA Cup final,” said Mikel. “Now we need to repeat that.
“We have to keep working hard and make sure that Moscow is a whole different ball game.
“United have won the title so we have to go there and win the Champions League. It’s going to be do or die, but we have to win.
“We know we are more than good enough to win in Russia but we have to work harder.
“They’re a very good side, we all know that, but we have to wait and see what happens in the final. I think we will win it.”
