Cech has no plans to leave Chelsea

Petr Cech has reacted to quash speculation that he is seeking showdown talks with Chelsea over a new contract.
The Czech Republic number one's agent claimed recently that a major European club is willing to pay £32 million for his client and, after that story was picked up by The Sun on Tuesday, the keeper has moved to deny any talk of him leaving Stamford Bridge.
"Contrary to numerous press stories over the last couple of days, I would like to make it very clear to Chelsea fans that I have no plans to leave the club," he said in a statement.
"My sole focus at the moment is next week's Champions League final and then the Euros.
"I am very happy at Chelsea.
"I still have two years left on my contract and I believe the club will sit down with my representatives at the appropriate time to discuss and extension of my current contract."
The outstanding keeper's form has stuttered a little of late as he allowed Dirk Kuyt's shot to go past him in the Champions League semi-final and Matthew Taylor's effort crept through his legs on Sunday but neither goal was critical in the wider context of things.
