QPR snap up Prem duo

Queens Park Rangers have signalled their intent in the summer transfer window by snapping up Premier League duo Radek Cerny and Peter Ramage.
Rangers have money to burn as their new owners attempt to lift the club back into English football's top flight, and Cerny and Ramage have bought into the dream.
Cerny leaves after a three-year loan spell at Tottenham, joining QPR on a two-year contract.
His time at White Hart Lane ironically comes to an end just as he established himself as number one ahead of Paul Robinson.
The Czech goalkeeper had already expressed his intention to sign for QPR, and his departure leaves Spurs potentially needing two keepers during the close season.
Former Newcastle defender Ramage joins on a free transfer after being released by The Magpies, who could not guarantee him first team football.
The 24-year-old pens a three-year deal.
