Sven demands answers from Thaksin

Sven Goran Eriksson has told Manchester City’s owner to decide on his future or face ruining the club.
Eriksson has been treated with a great deal of disrespect during his time at Eastlands, despite leading the club to within one win of their best Premier League tally.
It is widely believed owner Thaksin Shinawatra will wield the axe after a disappointing end to the campaign, but Eriksson remains in the dark.
With Benfica hovering, the former England boss merely wants to know where he stands – and he warned Shinawatra his continued silence is damaging City.
“I want to be told whether or not I am the manager for next season as soon as possible. I do expect a clear decision,” said the Swede.
“If it is the owner’s opinion that I am not the right man for Manchester City, then I would like him to give me that opinion face-to-face. I don’t want to hear maybe or maybe not.
“The most important thing is that club business goes on and we must start preparing for next season. Most other clubs have been preparing for some time.
“We will only see what effect it has had in the future. But standing totally still for many weeks is not good.”
