Samba back for Rovers

Blackburn will welcome back Chris Samba against Liverpool and he will slot straight in to replace Ryan Nelsen.

Samba has been missing through suspension but his return to action could not be more timely as Nelsen is facing a spell on the sidelines after picking up a knee injury.

Nelsen suffered the injury in the win over Bolton and although the injury is not as serious as first feared, he will still be missing for the rest of this month.

Elsewhere boss Sam Allardyce has no fresh injury problems and has virtually a fully fit squad to choose from.
