Blackburn boss Sam Allardyce is back in the hunt for Lens striker Aruna Dindane and hopes to do a deal in the summer.
Dindane has impressed while on loan at Portsmouth this season and Allardyce was close to wrapping up a permanent deal in the last transfer window but was beaten by the clock on deadline day.
The Rovers boss has maintained his interest in the striker though and is reported to be working on a deal with the French club for the Ivory Coast attacker.
Allardyce is willing to meet the £2.5million asking price and a deal could be in place for when the window re-opens.
