Sam Ricketts has no doubts Bolton Wanderers' squad has the right mentality to ensure they don't slip further into relegation trouble.
Bolton got a crucial win over Wolves to lift themselves out of the drop zone on Saturday and now face West Ham at the weekend, who currently sit on top of the clubs deemed to be in the dogfight.
And the ex-Hull City full-back, now filling in at centre-back for boss Owen Coyle, has no doubt that the Trotters have the 'right stuff' to stay out of the bottom three from here on in.
"I don't doubt us for a second," he said. "The manager, the players, the previous manager have all said what a great bunch of lads we have here at Bolton and you can see there's a British mentality.
"We all have our heart on our sleeve, put bodies on the line, and that's what it will take to get us out of the situation we're in."
