Bolton hope to have defender Gary Cahill back in the first team squad when they travel to Everton on March 20th.
Cahill has been out since the end of January after having a blood clot removed from his arm and it was initially feared the player would miss the rest of the season.
Trotters boss Owen Coyle revealed a few weeks ago that Cahill could play again this season and now he says he could return after the next two games against Sunderland and Wigan.
Cahill is now back in training and Coyle hopes to have him back for the trip to Goodison Park.
Sam Ricketts and Zat Knight have impressed in central defence in his absence but having Cahill back early will still be a huge boost for Coyle.
