Tigers Woods has been secretly working out with coach Hank Haney to fuel speculation of an imminent return to golf.
The world number one, who confessed to infidelity last year after embarking on an indefinite break, could now be back for the Masters in Augusta in April.
The four-times champion has not played since November but last week Jack Nicklaus claimed he would not be surprised to see the 34-year-old in Georgia.
"My guess, as a golfer, is that he will want to," said the record major title holder.
"His personal life is his personal life. He is a professional golfer and he is a sensational golfer. He is a great athlete, and he'll figure out his own problems."
