A dozen horses have been declared for the Irish Independent Arkle Challenge Trophy Chase with Captain Cee Bee heading the list.
It is two years since Edward Harty's nine-year-old claimed the Supreme Novices' Hurdle but injury meant he was unable to embark on a chasing career until last December when he ran out an impressive winner at Naas.
A crashing fall has not dented people's opinion of the Germany gelding and he remains the ante-post favourite to provide owner JP McManus with a Festival success on the opening day.
Sizing Europe has also impressed since making the switch to fences and he is fancied to go very close for Henry de Bromhead, while Willie Mullins is confident Sports Line can produce a big run under Ruby Walsh.
Mullins has also declared Quiscover Fontaine with his brother Tom saddling Fosters Cross. Edward O'Grady's Osana completes the Irish interest.
Henrietta Knight's Somersby sits between Captain Cee Bee and Sizing Europe in the betting and the six-year-old is tipped to go very well under Robert Thornton, while Barry Geraghty will attempt to steer the Nicky Henderson-trained Riverside Theatre to victory.
Paul Nicholls relies on Woolcombe Folly with I'm Delilah, Mad Max and Kangaroo Court completing the entries.
