Brumbies ace Stirling Mortlock has expressed his interest in joining the newly-formed Melbourne Rebels but insisted that he has yet to make a final decision on where his future lies.
he Wallabies centre is out of contract at the end of the year and is being courted by a number of clubs.
However, Mortlock is particularly intrigued by the prospect of a move to the Rebels, who are set to be added to an expanded Super 14 next year.
"Basically it's the first time in my career where I've generally sat down and thought long and hard about going overseas or staying (in Australia), and I'm really not too sure what I want to do," he admitted.
"But at this stage Melbourne seems like a fantastic opportunity and one that I never really thought that I'd be looking into."
