Watford boss Malky Mackay heaped the praise on Will Hoskins after his match-winner against Ipswich Town on Tuesday.
The Hornets secured a 2-1 victory over Roy Keane's Ipswich on Tuesday night to end a woeful run in which they've suffered four consecutive defeats.
Hoskins scored Watford's winner and Mackay believes Hoskins has developed as a player over the course of the season.
He said: "Will has been close to getting in the team in last couple of weeks. He's matured this season, he's had a child with his partner and settled down.
"
He's undoubtedly talented but it's also about work rate and we have seen that recently - I'm delighted for him."
