Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp claims there is 'no way' striker Robbie Keane will rejoin Celtic after his current loan deal expires.

The Irish international left White Hart Lane in January to spend the rest of the campaign on loan with Celtic, with some suggesting Keane had played his last game for Spurs.

Reports had suggested Celtic were to set to launch a summer bid to secure Keane on a permanent deal or attempt to work out another loan arrangement but Redknapp insists Keane will return to north London ahead of the new campaign.

He said: "I don't see us loaning Robbie out again. "

We paid a lot of money for him.

So it's not something I see happening.

It would obviously be up to the chairman but I couldn't see it being a possibility.

"I certainly wouldn't want it to be happening. Robbie's only on loan until the end of this season as far as we're concerned. We want him back so in my mind there's no way of another loan deal."
