Damion Stewart's suspension will force Neil Warnock to make his first team change as QPR face Swansea on Saturday at Loftus Road.
The defender's red card in the midweek defeat to Reading means that the new boss will have to make his first change to the starting eleven since his arrival at the club.
The change may also see a defensive reshuffle, with Matt Connolly moving in to the middle of the defence and Peter Ramage coming in to the line up at right back.
Gary Borrowdale has joined Charlton on loan, so there will also be a new face on the bench but, other than that, the former Palace boss has no new injury worries.
With the five loan player rule, it is probable that Marcus Bent will miss out again.
