Gilroy changes three

by GAA Staff , 19 March 2010

There are three changes in the Dublin senior football side to take on Cork in NFL Division 1 on Saturday evening.

Manager Pat Gilroy has replaced Stephen Cluxton in goal with Michael Savage for the trip to Pairc Ui Rinn as the Dubs look to maintain their superb one hundred percent record to date for the season against a side whose own perfect run ended a week ago.

There are also two alterations in defence with St Vincent's pair Paul Conlon and Hugh Gill to come in respectively at right corner-back and just ahead in the places of Rory O'Carroll and James McCarthy. That duo both played for the U21s as they edged Carlow in the Leinster semi-final.

Eamonn Fennell and Ross McConnell once again start in midfield.
Meanwhile, Dublin captain Paul Griffin has been ruled out for the season with ruptured cruciate knee ligaments.

Dublin: M Savage; P Conlon, M Fitzsimons, P MacMahon; H Gill, C O'Sullivan, G Brennan; E Fennell, R McConnell; A Hubbard, M MacAuley, P Flynn; D Henry, B Brogan, K McManamon.
