Billy Davies is down to 18 available players for Nottingham Forest's game against Peterborough this weekend.
Another blow to the boss' plans is the fact that on-loan winger George Boyd will not be eligible to play against his parent club in the match at the City Ground on Saturday.
If Forest have any hopes of rekindling their promotion push they will need to get players available quickly, especially following back-to-back defeats on the road.
Nathan Tyson, Dexter Blackstock, Paul Anderson, Joe Garner and Luke Chambers are all pushing for a starting spot but captain Paul McKenna, Julian Bennett, Joel Lynch and Garath McCleary are all still out with a variety of injuries.
James Perch is expected to play with a painkilling injection.
