Brian Cody has made six changes to the Kilkenny side to face Dublin this weekend in the National Hurling League.
PJ Ryan is replaced by David Herity in goal, John Dalton leaves the full-back line to be replaced by Sean Cummins and with JJ and PJ Delaney injured, James Ryall and Paddy Hogan join the starting XV.
Derek Lyng takes Willie O’Dwyer’s place in the half-forwards and Michael Rice comes in for the suspended Michael Grace.
The Ballyhale players are given one more week off following their All Ireland success on St Patrick’s Day.
