Padraig Harrington remains hopeful of challenging for victory at the Transitions Championship in Florida, despite being in a tie for sixth place heading into the final round of the tournament.
The Dubliner had led at the midway point in Tampa Bay, but shot a one-over-par 72 in Saturday's third round. He is now four shots off the lead, held by Jim Furyk on 11-under.
"I don't want to give Jim a four-shot lead over a four-round tournament, let alone one round," admitted Harrington.
However, he added: "There's enough guys behind that somebody is going to shoot a good score and put some pressure on him. Hopefully it's me."
Six players lie between Furyk and Harrington. KJ Choi, Retief Goosen, Bubba Watson and Carl Petterson are all three strokes behind the leader, while Jeff Maggert is alongside the Irishman on seven-under.
