Nigel Pearson has a doubt over Richie Wellens for the clash with Preston and Matt Oakley is definitely out of the side.
The Foxes need one win from their last two matches to ensure they finish in a play-off spot but they may have to do without the two influential midfielders for the clash at Preston.
Oakley has had an injection in his ankle problem and he will not be risked, whilst Wellens has not trained all week after a hamstring problem which he picked up against Watford.
"Matt Oakley has had an injection in his ankle so he won't be available," Pearson told the Mercury.
"He had a steroid injection in his ankle last week as he has been struggling with the injury for a while. He will be out for a little bit longer.
"
Richie has a little bit of a hamstring strain and he could be touch and go.
He hasn't trained this week, so we will have to wait and see."
