Trotters and Baggies eye Tykes ace

by Admin , 14 September 2010

West Brom and Bolton could be set to battle it out for Barnsley midfielder Adam Hammill in the January transfer window.

The former Liverpool youngster has impressed for the Tykes so far this season and has had plenty of Premier League scouts checking him out.

Reports suggest the 22-year-old has a clause in his contract allowing him to join a top-flight club for £500,000 and the Baggies and Bolton are thought to be at the front of a queue of interested parties.

Blackpool are also monitoring his progress while he remains on the radar of several other Premier League bosses.
