Canaries to miss out on Snodgrass

by Setanta Staff , 30 June 2011

Norwich look set to miss out on Leeds United midfielder Robert Snodgrass as the Yorkshire club prepare to offer him an improved deal.

The Canaries have been heavily linked with a move for the Scotland international this summer, with reports indicating they have had three bids rejected by the Whites.

Leeds are thought to have put an £8million price tag on Snodgrass's head, a sum Norwich are unwilling to match as they look to continue their summer of sensible purchases.

If Norwich were thinking about making a fourth bid for Snodgrass it appears as though they may have wait too long; Leeds are ready to offer Snodgrass a new contract to ward off any interested clubs.
