Brian McDermott is pleased with the good habits his team have picked up during pre-season friendlies.


The Royals were victorious over local rivals Swindon at the County Ground on Saturday after coming back from a goal behind to win 2-1."Going to a place like Swindon, losing 1-0 at half-time, the most important thing is to win, and we did that," McDermott told Bracknell Forest Standard."We've got into good habits over pre-season, which is important, and we've had competitive games. Now we start the real season and that's what it's all about."
