Pato rules out Blues switch

by Setanta Staff , 03 August 2011

AC Milan forward Alexandre Pato is distancing himself away from speculation linking him with a potential move to Chelsea.

The Brazilian said that he expects to at least see out his existing deal with the Serie A champions before he even thinks about another club, despite recent talk of a transfer to either the Blues or Napoli.

Pato, who joined the Italian giants from Internacional in 2007, is refusing to let the rumours affect him ahead of Saturday's Italian Super Cup encounter with city rivals Inter in Beijing.

The 21-year-old said: "I'm sure I will stay with Milan until 2014. I'm not sure what will happen three years later - I think I'll wish to stay at Milan by then too."
