Moyes agrees starlet loan exit

David Moyes has allowed Everton striker starlet Joao Silva to join Vitoria FC on a season-long loan.


The Toffees chief snapped up the 21-year-old forward on a three-year deal from his hometown club CD Aves last summer after he bagged an impressive 14 goals durng his first full campaign.

However, Moyes loaned him out to Portuguese top-flight side Uniao de Leiria, where he scored four goals in 12 games, last term before taking him back to Goodison Park in the summer.

Silva played both games during Everton's recent tour of Russia, but will now continue his development back in his homeland with Vitoria FC for another full season.
