Fulham are set to offload left-back Carlos Salcido to Mexican side Tigres on a season-long loan deal.
The 31-year-old only joined the Cottagers last summer following an impressive World Cup with Mexico in South Africa.
However, Salcido failed to pull up trees in the Premier League and looks set to return to his homeland, where he started his career with Chivas before leaving to join PSV Eindhoven in 2006.
Tigres claim Salcido has been granted permission to fly to Mexico to hold talks and push through a deal which could subsequently become a permanent arrangement should he impress.
