Genk youngster Kevin de Bruyne claims he is close to agreeing a move to Chelsea which could see him loaned back to the Belgian side.

The midfielder has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge this summer after Blues scouts watched the 20-year-old in action.

He has now been quoted as saying his agent has held talks about a move to Stamford Bridge which would include an agreement for him to be loaned straight back to the Belgian outfit.

"My manager went to Chelsea on Wednesday and discussions have been good,"he said.

"Maybe by the end of the month a deal can be sorted out, because that would be a good thing for all three parties - and if there is an agreement with Chelsea, I would certainly spend another year at Genk."
