4.40 Nothing massive to happen yet today but is there a bombshell to come? Not looking likely at the moment.

There is a delay with Nikica Jelavic's move to Everton. The striker completed a medical and was given a tour of Goodison Park, but as yet there is no word of the deal going through. There are just over six hours to go - will David Moyes get his man?
4.00 Djibril Cisse is back in the Premier League after QPR confirmed they have completed the signing of the 30-year-old striker from Lazio for an undisclosed fee. The former Liverpool hitman has gone straight into the squad for Wednesday's clash with Aston Villa and joined his new team-mates on the journey northwards.
It has been a busy day for the west London club and following hot on the heels of Cisse's deal is the news that Fulham have given QPR permission to speak with Bobby Fulham. Conflicting reports suggest that he has already agreed personal terms and only has the medical to complete but other sources claim the deal is some way off completion.
The future of Hugo Rodallega could go right down to the wire with Wigan owner Dave Whelan expecting Tottenham to make a last-minute bid for the player. Wigan face Spurs at White Hart Lane tonight and there is every chance that Rodallega could be named in the Latics side ahead of a deal being done.
Carlos Tevez remains a Manchster City player and that is likely to remain unchanged with AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri pressimistic a deal can be done before the 11pm deadline. "Tevez? I spoke with Galliani yesterday and there is no hope as yet," Allegri said on Tuesday.
West Brom, meanwhile, have signed Liam Ridgewell from Birmingham, while Tottenham's Vedran Corluka has joined Bayer Leverkusen on loan until the end of the season.
3.00 There are just eight hours remaining for clubs to complete any business they hope to do before the summer and so far there has been plenty of action with Sunderland, QPR, West Ham and Everton all managing to add to their rosters.
Everton have completed the signing of Nikica Jelavic from Rangers. The two clubs agreed a fee on Monday but the striker did not travel down to Liverpool until Tuesday. After finalising personal terms and completing the mandatory medical the 26-year-old has become Everton's third signing of the transfer window, joining Landon Donovan and Darron Gibson.
The BBC are reporting that QPR and Fulham have agreed a fee, believed to be £4million, for Bobby Zamora. The two clubs have been in talks since early this morning and have finally come up with a deal which suits both sides. The striker will have to undergo a medical and agree personal terms before the deal can go through.
Zamora's imminent exit could prompt Fulham into action with earlier reports suggesting that they were keen on signing Peter Odemwingie from West Brom. Baggies boss Roy Hodgson is not in favour of the deal and is likely to do everything he can to keep hold of his frontman.
Tottenham defender Vedran Corluka has joined Bayer Leverkusen on loan until the end of the season.
2.00 Wayne Bridge has finally completed his loan move to Sunderland. Bridge travelled to the Stadium of Light on Tuesday morning to undergo a medical and after what seems like an age it has been confirmed that he is now a Sunderland player. He will spend the rest of the season with the Black Cats but what will happen beyond the loan deal remains to be seen.
With Bobby Zamora's future at Fulham in doubt it has been claimed that the Cottagers will turn their attention to signing Peter Odemwingie from West Brom. QPR are hoping to sign Zamora and his exit could result in Martin Jol pursuing Odemwingie despite Roy Hodgson insisting the striker will not be going anywhere.
The latest on Carlos Tevez would appear to suggest that he will not be going anywhere before the summer. AC Milan are hoping to secure a deal for the striker but club vice president Adriano Galliani will only be at the San Siro until 7pm Italian time and it looks increasingly likely that a deal will not be done in time.
1.30 Newcastle manager Alan Pardew has revealed that the Magpies have made their final bid for Watford defender Adrian Mariappa, who is proving very popular in January, although Pardew admits he is not ruling out more arrivals at St James' Park.
Everton are closing in on Jelavic but it has been reported that Louis Saha could be on his way out of Goodison Park. The surprising move would see Saha join Tottenham, although this is very much a rumour at this stage.
A quick recap of the day's proceedings show that Chelsea have complete the signing of Kevin De Bruyne, who was immediately loaned back to Genk for the remainder of the season, while Ravel Morrison and Wayne Bridge are undergoing medicals at West Ham and Sunderland respectively.
Blackburn have signed Marcus Olsson on a two and a half year deal, while West Brom have agreed a deal with Birmingham for defender Liam Ridgewell.
QPR are busy at work as they look to strengthen their squad and fresh from agreeing a deal for Djibril Cisse the R's are holding talks with Fulham over Bobby Zamora.
12.00 It has been a busy half an hour with plenty of activity around the country.
QPR are waiting to hear whether their bid for Bobby Zamora will be successful. Zamora's future at Fulham has been up in the air for some time amid reports that he has fallen out with manager Martin Jol and he could be reunited with former Cottagers boss Mark Hughes at Loftus Road.
In what is turning out to be a busy day for Hughes, QPR have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Djibril Cisse.

Ravel Morrison is undergoing a medical at West Ham as he looks for a way out of Manchester United, while Arsenal's Andrey Arshavin is wanted by Anzhi Makhachkala.
11.00 Bolton's hopes of signing Wilfried Zaha have been dealt a blow after Crystal Palace rejected a bid in the region of £5million. Owen Coyle is keen to bring in the teenager but he is reluctant to pay over the odds for the player and as a result it is unlikely Zaha will be moving to the Reebok Stadium before tonight's deadline.
10.30 There have been very few completed deals so far but there are plenty of talks ongoing and a busy afternoon is in store with clubs hopeful of securing more signings before this evening's matches.
10.00 Things are hotting up somewhat with reports of several clubs working hard to bring in new faces before the deadline closes in just over 12 hours.
Manchester City are closing in on a Roma's David Pizarro, according to Sky Sports, who are reporting that the Premier League leaders are holding talks with the Chilean. The 32-year-old is wanted by the likes of Juventus and Genoa but City could be favourite for his signature if the reports are accurate.
Roberto Mancini had claimed he would not be making any more new signings this month, including ruling out the proposed swap deal involving Andy Carroll and Carlos Tevez.
Speaking of Tevez, it would appear likely that the stayaway striker will still be a City player come 11pm, although the Russian transfer window does not close until the end of February - could he be tempted to move eastwards?
09.30 Kevin De Bruyne has completed his move to Chelsea, according to Genk. De Bruyne underwent a medical at Stamford Bridge on Monday and he has finally put pen to paper. However, he is likely to be loaned straight back to Genk for the remainder of the season.
09.00 There's been some activity at Blacknurn with Marcus Olsson reporting that he has joined Steve Kean's troops at Ewood Park. Martin Olsson's twin brother has told the Swedish press that he signed for Rovers after he rejected a move to Italy. "It feels great, I tried not to think about it too much before it was confirmed, but I signed today and can finally take a breather," Olsson told Hallandsposten.
In other Blackburn news, QPR defender Bradley Orr is undergoing a medical at Ewood Park and he is likely to complete his move in the coming hours.
Ravel Morrison's future at Old Trafford should be resolved one way or the other today with the teenager reportedly closing in on a move to West Ham.
08.30 A rundown of the rumours so far: Tottenham could try to bring in Hugo Rodallega, which would be an interesting twist given that Spurs are due to face Wigan at White Hart Lane this evening. QPR have already had a £4million bid for the striker rejected, paving the way for Tottenham to move for the player. However, a number of other clubs could try to hijack the deal.
Everton have agreed a fee with Rangers for striker Nikica Jelavic and the player will travel to Goodison Park this morning to undergo his medical.
It is being claimed that Stoke boss Tony Pulis is hoping to bring in a number of players before the deadline. Pulis arrived at his desk before 7am with view to concluding a few deals before he travels to Old Trafford for the Premier League tie later.
Wayne Bridge looks to be one his way out of Manchester City - until the end of the season anyway - with reports suggesting he will join Sunderland on loan. Indeed, the City player is believed to be at the Stadium of Light where is his currently undergoing a medical ahead of the proposed deal.
West Brom, meanwhile, have agreed a fee with Birmingham for defender Liam Ridgewell.
08.00 So far there are just a lot of rumours floating about, but if they are to be believed it will be a very busy day with a number of clubs expected to do business before the 11pm deadline. Things could get interesting later on with five Premier League games scheduled.
