Documentaries on Irish racehorse trainer Jim Bolger and polar explorer Pat Falvey have been commissioned under the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland Sound and Vision Fund to appear on Setanta Sports.
Other programmes to be broadcast exclusively on Setanta next year include “In Sunshine or In Shadow”, recounting Barry McGuigan’s historic win over Eusebio Predoza in 1986, “Bagman”, the secret world of the professional caddie as seen through the eyes of Colin Byrne, and “Pilgrims”, which follows the Irish at Cheltenham.
