Airtricity League Preview: Galway v Bohemians

by Setantasports.com staff , 08 June 2010

Bohemians travel to Galway with a chance to keep the pressure on Dundalk at the top of the Airtricity League table.

The Louth club have a home game with Sporting Fingal and a three-point cushion over the reigning champions, but the Bohs have a game in hand and are still well placed to challenge for the title.

For home side Galway, long-term absentees Derek O'Brien and Alan Murphy will miss the visit of Pat Fenlon's side. Thomas Heary is another doubt but Bobby Ryan and Seamus Conneely should return after recent layoffs.

For Bohs, Raffaele Cretaro, who scored and was sent-off in the previous meeting of the sides in April, will be kept out with a shin injury.

There are also doubts over the fitness of Aaron Greene (ankle), Steven Gray and Anto Murphy.

Gary Burke and Lee Dixon, impressive during the 7-1 FAI Cup win over Glenville, could force their way into the side.
