Gers face Broadfoot wait

Kirk Broadfoot is back at Rangers to recieve treatment on an ankle injury and is an early doubt for Saturday's clash at Hamilton.


The defender was forced to pull out of the Scotland squad to face Leichtenstein on Tuesday night and is now being assesed by the Gers medical team ahead of the weekend trip to New Douglas Park.

Gers chief Walter Smith is also facing concerns over Steven Whittaker, who could also miss the midweek Euro 2012 qualifier at Hampden Park due to injury.

Richard Foster is line to make his Rangers debut on Saturday if both players are ruled out.
