Wrexham v Forest Green

Forest Green boss Jim Harvey will be without the services of Jeremy Gill after the midfielder suffered facial injuries in a horror clash with advertising hoarding against Oxford on Saturday.

Adriano Rigoglioso might get the nod from the start, having impressed from the bench in the 3-3 draw with The U’s at the weekend.

Wrexham boss Dean Saunders is expected to hand Wes Baynes a start after a lively 20 minutes from the 20-year-old in his side’s shock defeat to Eastbourne on Saturday.

Andrew Fleming has recovered from the ankle problem that ensured he was an unused substitute against Eastbourne, but is likely to find himself on the bench once more.

Altrincham v Torquay

Torquay boss Paul Buckle faces an injury crisis in attack ahead of the long trip north to Altrincham.

With Roscoe D’Sane suspended, and 17-goal hitman Tim Sills and Iyseden Christie both doubtful, Elliot Benyon is the only forward Buckle has at his disposal.

Joe O’Neil is expected to play from the start against Torquay, having come off the bench to good effect at the weekend, as Altrincham crashed 2-1 to Grays at the weekend.

While former Northwich Victoria captain Michael Welch may also get the nod having been given just 20 minutes at The Rec at the weekend.

Cambridge United v Mansfield

Midfielder Matt Somner is set to make a return to the Mansfield starting XI against his former club as Stags boss David Holdsworth throws caution to the wind against high-flying Cambridge.

Somner has recovered from a neck injury while Scott Gardner is fit again after a hamstring strain, with Holdsworth set to return to his preferred 4-3-3 formation.

Cambridge boss Gary Brabin will give Lee Phillips his home debut after the former Exeter forward was rested for last weekend’s victory over leaders Burton at The Abbey Stadium.

But he will not be partnered in attack by Mark Beesley, who will be sidelined for the rest of the season with a hip injury.

Barrow v Histon

Histon boss Steve Fallon is expected to ring the changes after complaining of player fatigue having watched his side slump to defeat at Kettering on Saturday.

While Danny Wright will definitely be missing for The Stutes having picked up a hamstring injury that could rule him out for the rest of the season.

Barrow joint-managers David Bayliss and Darren Sheridan look set to persevere with the same team that was greeted by a chorus of boos from home fans having crashed 1-0 to Woking.

That means Lee Steele, recently signed from Northwich Victoria, will lead the line for The Bluebirds, who are currently two points from safety and have not won in eight games.

Kettering v Grays Athletic

Kettering boss Mark Cooper will be without captain Guy Branston after his clumsy sending off in Saturday’s 1-0 win over Histon reignited their play-off charge.

Dale Bennett will come in for The Poppies, who go into the match just seven points away from the play-off places but with four games in hand after their FA Cup exploits.

Grays look set to be unchanged from their 2-1 win over Altrincham at the weekend that gave their survival hopes a huge boost.

Bradley Hudson-Odoi is set to continue up front after completing a one-month loan deal from Hereford United.

Kidderminster v Crawley Town

Kidderminster boss Mark Yates will be boosted by the return to fitness of top scorer Justin Richards, but Craig Armstrong misses out through suspension.

Despite having two games in hand on fifth-place Torquay, Harriers face an uphill struggle to close the seven-point gap on the play-off places.

Crawley will make a late call on the fitness of ex-Arsenal forward Isaiah Rankin before deciding whether to retain him in the side that convincingly beat Weymouth 4-2 on Sunday.

Thomas Pinault is also in contention for a start after impressing off the bench at the weekend.

Rushden & Diamonds v Lewes

Former Peterborough man Gareth Jellyman will hope to build on his substitute appearance in Rushden’s 1-1 draw with Torquay United on Saturday after a long lay-off.

The Diamonds have injury concerns over Michael Corcoran (hamstring) and Neil Cousins (groin), both of whom were absent at the weekend.

Lewes goalkeeper Rikki Banks will look to make up for the error that was instrumental in his side’s 13th consecutive defeat at Mansfield last time out.

The Rooks should be unchanged, although Stefan Cox will be vying for a starting place after coming close to an equaliser late on in Saturday’s game.

Weymouth v Salisbury

Weymouth boss Alan Lewer will be optimistic for the visit of Salisbury as James Coutts and Sam Cutler look to continue their rehabilitation after returning to action in Sunday’s defeat at Crawley Town.

Cameron Mawer is back for Weymouth after missing out at the weekend through injury.

Salisbury striker Matt Tubbs will look to put to one side the disappointment of his penalty miss against Kidderminster that cost his side two points.

City have no new injury worries or suspensions and Rob Sinclair could make the squad, having recovered from a thigh injury.

Ebbsfleet v Burton Albion (Wednesday)
