Brentford v Barnet
Brentford boss Andy Scott looks set to hand striker Sam Williams an immediate debut following the 21-year-old’s loan move from Aston Villa.
Williams has been drafted into to replace Nathan Elder – who has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a broken eye socket and could partner Charlie MacDonald.
On-loan keeper Jake Cole will start his second straight game for Barnet after impressing during The Bees' 3-1 win over Chester on Saturday.
Defender Joe Devera has returned to training and will be given a late fitness test before boss Ian Hendon decides on whether he will replace Mark Hughes at right-back.
Lincoln v Wycombe
Wycombe keeper Jamie Young will become The Chairboys' first choice for the rest of the season after it was announced that Scott Shearer faces an extended lay off.
Shearer – who will undergo surgery later this month on an injured ankle – is boss Peter Taylor’s only injury worry as he contemplates naming an unchanged XI for the trip to Sincil Bank.
Lincoln boss Peter Jackson will ring the changes as The Imps look to bounce back from Saturday’s 5-1 drubbing at the hands of struggling Grimsby.
Midfielder Shane Clarke, Frank Sinclair and striker Geoff Horsfield could all make way in favour of loanee midfielder Michael O’Connor, Adrian Patuela and Ben Wright.
Morecambe v Bury
Bury will be without the services of keeper Mark Tyler who has returned to Peterborough following the end of his loan spell at Gigg Lane.
Tyler had expressed a keen desire to stay with The Shakers but has seen nothing materialise with Cameron Belford and Wayne Brown battling it out for a place between the sticks.
Morecambe duo Dairmuid O’Carroll and Stewart Drummond should both start against Bury after netting during the weekend win over Dagenham & Redbridge.
Rochdale v Bradford
Bradford boss Stuart McCall looks set to stick with the same side that sent Aldershot crashing 5-0 on Saturday against Rochdale.
Peter Thorne and Michael Boulding will continue up front, Rangers loanee Dean Furman is assured of a place in midfield and Graeme Lee and Luke O’Brien shore up the defence.
Rochdale striker Lee McEvilly is pushing to start after being dropped to the bench against Bury on Saturday.
Midfielder Adam Rundle and Clark Keltie are also hopeful of making boss Keith Hill’s final XI but could miss out to Leicester loanee Nicky Adams and Ciaran Toner.
Exeter v Bournemouth
Exeter duo Adam Stansfield and Liam Sercombe will be keeping their fingers crossed their starting places are assured after netting in the 2-1 win at Luton.
Stansfield and Sercombe recovered from injuries to score on their return and there could be a place in the match-day squad for defender Steve Tully who is fully fit following a knee injury.
Former Grecians striker Lee Bradbury could return to haunt his former employers if given the nod at St James’ Park.
The 33-year-old made 14 appearances during a loan spell from Portsmouth but could miss out to in-form duo Danny Hollands and Mark Molesley.
Gillingham v Darlington
Gillingham boss Mark Stimson will test Andy Barcham’s knee injury before deciding whether to include the winger in his match-day squad for the visit of Darlington.
Barcham is Stimson’s only injury concern with strike duo Simeon Jackson and Mark McCammon both overcoming weekend niggles to start against The Quakers.
Darlington boss Dave Penney will stick to his young guys for the trip to The Priestfield with a host of first-team regulars on the treatment table.
Midfielder Ricky Ravenhill will serve the last game of a four-match suspension while midfielder Rob Purdie (leg) and strikers Liam Hatch (collar bone), Gregg Blundell (hamstring) and Pawel Abbot (ankle) all remain doubtful.
Aldershot v Shrewsbury
Shrewsbury defender Graham Coughlin will continue to wear the captain’s armband as The Shrews bid to end a run of 16 straight away league games without a win against Aldershot.
Coughlin took over from midfielder Ben Davies last week picking up a 3-2 win during his first game in charge and will be joined at the back by Darren Moss, Kelvin Langmead and Shane Cansdell-Sherriff.
Aldershot boss Gary Waddock will take drastic action to prevent a repeat of Saturday’s 5-0 hammering at Bradford with Anthony Charles set for the chop.
Loanee Andy Lindegaard and Lewis Chalmers could also make way as The Shots bid to end a run which has seen them concede seven goals in two games.
Notts County v Luton
Notts County midfielder Richard Butcher will be hoping his recovery from a broken foot continues with another start for The Magpies.
The 28-year-old netted his first goal in his second game back after a three-month layoff during the 3-2 loss to Shrewsbury and is hoping for similar fortunes against Luton.
Butcher will partner Myles Weston in midfield while Matt Hamshaw is pushing for a start from the bench.
Luton keeper David Button will have to be content with a second straight place on the bench following his arrival from Tottenham with Dean Brill the current first choice.
Macclesfield v Accrington
Macclesfield skipper Sean Hessey should be deemed fit after scraping through The Silkmen’s weekend win over Darlington.
Spanish midfielder Jordan Medinilla-Cabotti and defender Rikki Bains could make way as boss Keith Alexander bids to freshen things up with Danny Thomas likely to start.
Meanwhile Accringotn trio Chris Turner, Robert Grant and Rochdale loanee Kallum Higginbotham are pushing for starts for Stanley.
Port Vale v Dagenham & Redbridge
Midfielder Paul Marshall will be the first name on manager Dean Glover’s team sheet after impressing on his debut during Saturday’s goalless draw with Bournemouth.
The 19-year-old joined The Valiants on loan on Friday and made his debut a day later and will be joined in midfield by David Howland for the visit of Dagenham.
Daggers boss John Still will review his striking options for the second game running as the Essex outfits drought in front of goal continued against Morecambe on Saturday.
With Paul Benson ruled out with a knee injury Still may turn to Jon Nurse and Graeme Montgomery in favour of Ben Strevens and Jamie Guy.
Chester v Rotherham
Rotherham will have the services of midfielder Pablo Mills despite being reported to The FA by Brentford after an alleged elbow on Nathan Elder.
Striker Ryan Taylor is pushing for a start after coming off the bench against the Bees but faces stiff competition from Drewe Broughton and Jamie Clarke.
Chester boss Mark Wright’s only injury concern is midfielder Damien Mozika who is unlikely to recover from a hamstring strain with Jay Harris set to start.
