The Atletico Madrid striker has committed himself to the Rojiblancos but said he would listen to possible offers.
And his agent Daniel Bolotnicoff has affirmed that the Uruguayan would be absolutely thrilled to seal a dream move to Camp Nou.
The former Manchester United striker scored 32 league goals this season and has been linked to a host of clubs.
“He is crazy for moving to Barcelona,” Bolotnicoff told sport.es.
“Barca is the only club that can make him leave Atletico.”
