Phil Brown has hinted at an interest in signing former loanee Manucho from Manchester United on a permanent basis.
The Angola striker, who last summer secured a work permit to move to Old Trafford, joined The Tigers on loan in January but scored just twice in 17 appearances.
The 26-year-old has now returned to Sir Alex Ferguson’s charge but Brown is far from ruling out taking the player under his wing once more.
"There's mileage in Manucho but how much there is would depend on how much he would cost us,” he told the Hull Daily Mail.
"He's 6ft 4ins, he's got an eye for goal, he's got pace and he's got an awareness in the penalty box.
"There's certainly potential where he's concerned, but he's a very raw talent."
Hull have also been widely linked with another move for Manucho’s club team-mate – and another former loanee at The KC Stadium – Fraizer Campbell.
