Stoke looking in Spain

by Laurent Picard , 12 June 2009

Stoke have emerged as a possible destination for Real Mallorca star Juan Arango.

The Potters are looking to strengthen their squad after securing their Premier League status this season, and Arango is believed to be an option for Tony Pulis’ side.

The Venezuela international has also been linked with Villarreal and a host of German clubs, following an impressive season in the Spanish top flight.

Mallorca’s asking price for the South American is believed to reach £3.5 million, with Arango due to be out of contract in summer 2010.
