Aly Cissokho has denied that a tooth problem prevented him from signing for Milan.
The Frenchman’s £12 million move to the San Siro has been delayed, as the club medical found a dental problem prior to the signing of his contract.
But the Porto defender has claimed that he has signed a pre-contract and will put pen-to-paper on a permanent deal with the Rossoneri sooner rather than later.
“That is the truth, there has been a dental problem during a first medical exam, but everything went fine after a second one and the situation was quickly sorted,” he told Maisfutebol.
“I have signed a pre-contract and I am going on holiday to Senegal.”
