A Premier League club, believed to be Everton, have enquired about Valladolid star Jonathan Sesma, according to his agent.
The 30-year-old, whose contract concludes in summer 2010, has been approached by English and Greek sides, it has been revealed.
Spanish midfielder Sesma, who scored seven league goals in the top flight this term, is believed to have been scouted by Everton this season.
“We have received phone calls from an English team and from a Greek one, but they are yet to make any bid,” agent Antonio Lopez told As.
“I have been in touch with the club's directors, but at the moment I cannot do anything.
“Possible suitors must make a firm offer and reach an agreement with the club, something that is yet to happen.”
