Tottenham are showing an interest in Polonia Warsaw keeper Sebastian Przyrowski.
Reports in Poland claim the 27-year-old was in North London on Wednesday for a trial and a decision will be taken on whether to buy him by the end of the week.
However, Polonia are believed to be seeking more than the initial €800,000 (£718,000) quoted for the Poland international and there is also rival interest in the shot-stopper.
"Tottenham are one of the clubs who have watched Sebastian but there are also French and Spanish clubs," confirmed the goalie's agent Przemysław Erdman.
"Now Polonia have increased their asking price, the conversation with the buyers is more difficult."
Przyrowski informed Gazeta Wyborcza that there were no developments regarding his future, seemingly refuting the suggestions he is actually on trial at White Hart Lane.
"I want to rest," he stated. "My manager said he would call if something significant was to actually happen.
"He has not called today."
